  3. Agregar el puré de tomate y cocinar hasta que la verdura esté cocida con la olla semi-tapada. Al destapar agregarle el orégano y el comino (a gusto). Mezclar y dejar cocinar por 2 min más con la olla destapada.
  4. Por último, apagar el fuego y agregar las lentejas. Mezclar todo y dejar reposar con la olla semi-tapada unos minutos.
  5. Mi sugerencia es que si hay niños, la sal la agregue cada comensal en su plato (incluso por aquel que no pueda o no le guste lo salado, ya que el caldo + la panceta y el chorizo colorado dan su toque de por si!) y si les gusta lo picante, el merkén es ideal para realzarlo.
  6. Mi toque personal es empolvorear mi cazuela con queso de rallar antes de comerlo #concuchara 😉
