Picamos media cebolla y la ponemos a saltear y cuando se haya puesto transparente agregamos dos dientes de ajo picaditos sólo a que suelten el olor y los vaciamos al tazón.
Picamos unas 4 ramas de cilantro y las agregamos. - En la licuadora, totalmente en seco molemos 2/3 de taza de hojuelas de avena para que se hagan harina, esto es para que no se desbaraten las tortitas.
Una vez cocidas las lentejas las escurrimos y las incorporamos al tazón, rectificamos la sal, revolvemos muy bien y con cuidado poco a poco vamos incorporando la harina de avena a que quede muy bien revuelta. - Ponemos un sartén con un poco de aceite y con las manos, mojándolas un poco, vamos armando las tortitas y las vamos friendo, 3 minutos de un lado y 3 minutos del otro, y las reservamos hasta la hora de comer.
Yo las acompañé con unas rebanadas de jitomate y una cama de adobo.
