  1. Previamente cocinamos los garbanzos y quitamos la piel con ayuda de un trapo limpio
  2. En una cazuela ponemos la carne y cebolla 20 o 30 minutos y añadimos el tomate, cilantro, apio, perejil, Zanahoria y las especias, excepto el smen.
  3. Dejamos cocinar a fuego lento 30 o 40 minutos y añadimos un vaso de agua tibia y dejamos 10 - 15 minutos más.
  4. Dejamos reposar 15 - 20 minutos, sacamos la carne y pasamos bien por el pasapurés. Añadimos 3/4 litro de agua caliente, las legumbres, la carne troceada y ponemos a hervir hasta el final del proceso a fuego bajo medio.
  5. Disolvemos la harina en 250 ml de agua fría y añadimos poco a poco a la sopa junto a los fideos y el smen. Cuando estén las legumbres hechas ya lo tenemos.
  6. Las legumbres pueden ser de bote pero no es igual. También se le puede poner 1 limón cortado por la mitad al final de la cocción quedará delicioso.
