- Sumar el 1kg entre papas y batatas, agregar 500g de puré de tomate, condimentar con: pimienta, ají molido, jengibre, etc pero no salar. Agregar un poco de vino tinto y una pizca de bicarbonato de sodio para quitar acidez de la salsa. Cocinar por 30 minutos a fuego bajo.


- Agregar los 600g de lentejas, que previamente fueron dejadas en remojo durante 4 a 6 horas, no más porque se rompen y queda un puré. Seguir cocinando 30 minutos más a fuego súper bajo.

- Servir, con un buen tinto y disfrutar de un invierno fuerte.
