En una olla vamos a poner un chorrito de aceite cuando está bien caliente sellamos las presas por ambos lados, vaceas todo el jugo que dejó del adobado, 4 minutos por lado más o menos, luego añades 1 taza de caldo el que tengas o agua caliente, tapas la olla, bajas el fuego y dejas cocinar hasta que esté el pollito.

- En la otra hornilla, ponemos las lentejitas a cocinar por 10 minutos con hojitas de laurel. Luego de los 10 minutos, cambiamos el agua de las lentejitas....



- Y agregamos papitas en cubitos, dejamos que rompa el hervor, mientras tanto movemos y vamos chequeando el pollito, debemos asegurarnos que no se vaya a secar, ojo con eso.

- Cuando rompe el hervor, en otra hornilla, vamos a hacer un sofrito básico, cebolla, ajos, tomate, pimienta y comino, dejamos cocinar 3 minutos bien puestos y añadimos a las lentejitas, movemos perfectamente.



- Luego añadimos orégano seco y el sazonador. Movemos, rectificamos el sabor, bajamos el fuego a medio bajo y dejamos cocinar las lentejitas.

- Ahora vamos preparando la ensalada. Solo usé pepino y palta. Corté en cubos, y aliñé con jugo de limón, sal, pimienta, vinagre blanco y aceite de oliva.


- Ya está todo listo. El pollito esta jugosito y un aroma delicioso. Dejé descansar 5 minutos y emplaté.
