- Luego de estos min. llegó el deshuese....así que separamos la zuela y los huesos........separampos un poco o deshilachamos la carne.........en el medio de esos pasos zampamos las hortalizas y las lentejas a hervir a fuego bajito.



- Ahora agregamos la carne....y más o menos después de 20-25min. está listo.


- Así queda ya listardo....y este es el plato de control de calidad, que me llevo hasta la comp.
