Hacía tiempo que no cocinaba legumbres (sin ser precocidas), pero el otro día las vi de oferta en el supermercado y se me ocurrió que ya va siendo hora, de por lo menos, una vez a la semana, comer legumbres caseras, aunque sea como en este caso, ayudándome de la olla exprés.

- 200 g lentejas
- 150 g calamares congelados troceados
- 2 chorizos de guisar
- 1 morcilla
- 2 patatas
- 150 g salsa Boloñesa
- 200 ml vino blanco
- 5 ajos
- Perejil
- Aceite de oliva
- Sal
Instructions to make to make Lentejas mar y tierra
- Comenzamos descongelando los calamares y la salsa Boloñesa en el frigorífico la noche anterior.
- Pelamos y fileteamos los ajos, los doramos en un poco de aceite caliente y cuando comiencen a tomar color, les añadimos los calamares y sazonamos.
- Cuando los calamares se comiencen a dorar añadimos el vino, dejamos evaporarse el alcohol y bajamos el fuego.
- Añadimos la salsa Boloñesa, el perejil fresco picado y removemos dejando cocer a fuego bajo, hasta que los calamares estén tiernos.
- Colocamos las lentejas en la olla rápida, las patatas enteras y peladas, cubrimos de agua, sazonamos y tapamos la olla.
- Colocamos la olla a fuego alto hasta que salga vapor, momento en el cual bajamos el fuego a media potencia y dejamos cocer unos 10 minutos.
- Una vez descomprimida la olla, destapamos, añadimos el contenido de la sartén, los dos chorizos y la morcilla.
- Removemos, rectificamos su punto de sazón y colocamos a fuego medio durante unos 15 minutos con la olla destapada, para que se mezclen sabores.
- Cortamos los chorizos y la morcilla por la mitad y repartimos entre dos platos.
- Servir muy caliente.
- Nota: me sobro un poquito de caldo con lentejas, que aproveche para calentarlo a la noche, añadiéndole unos fideos finos, así obtenemos una sopa casera deliciosa y sin trabajar casi nada.
