- 2 tazas Lentejas (medida café)
- 1 hoja Laurel
- 1 cucharadita Cominos
- 1 cucharadita Pimentón Dulce
- 1 pizca Sal
- 2 Patatas pequeñas
- 1 Zanahoria
- 1 Cebolla pequeña
- 1/2 Calabacín
- 1/2 Pimiento Verde
- 1 Tomate pequeño
- 3 Ajos
Instructions to make to make Lentejas de dieta!!
- Lavamos las lentejas y las dejamos remojando mientras preparamos lo siguiente
- PELAMOS: tomate, ajos, zanahoria, calabacín, cebolla, patatas.
- Se deja ENTERO (SIN CORTAR): tomate, ajos, pimiento verde, (media zanahoria se deja entera y la otra mitad cortada a rodajas).
- CORTAMOS en trocitos; calabacín y patatas.

- Añadimos en una olla todos los ingredientes y añadimos agua y que sobrepase dos dedos por encima y lo ponemos a fuego medio, 20 min. Asegurarse de que esté bien cocido.

- Sacamos de la olla, la zanahoria (de trozo entero), cebolla, los 3 ajos, tomate y pimiento verde y lo trituramos con la batidora muy bien hasta hacerlo puré.

- Vertemos en la olla donde hemos dejado las patatas y el calabacín, laurel, el puré anterior + las lentejas y condimentamos con las cucharaditas de pimentón dulce y cominos más la pizca de sal.
- Al cocer lo anterior se chupó un poco de agua, pues le volví a añadir un pelín más y esperar a que se haga unos 15/20min a fuego medio e ir moviendo para que no se peguen. Se deja reposar un poco y... LISTO!!!! ❤️❤️
